PR (Public Relations) is the art of unobtrusive distribution of information, the art of shaping public opinion concerning the certain object and building of its positive image.

Being an indispensable part of marketing communications, PR is always necessary. If no one is writing about your goods, no one is talking about them and no one is hearing about them, your goods are forgotten or not known. That’s why the first priority task for every director is the formation and continual maintaining of an information realm.

To date, both advertising and PR face no limits in terms of information distribution pathways, both online and offline. Furthermore, while advertising is, in fact, mostly a monologue, PR generally is based on broad possibilities of dialogue or conversation, because main goal of PR is to create an information realm, and this mission is impossible without two-way communication.
